• Hi,

Last week after updating my WP, I’ve also updated the plugin. But after updating the same, it shows only 9 products at the back end and once I try to check the products at front end, it’s going towards 404 not found.

Can you please help me out asap?

    Thanks

  • Try disabling and enabling the plugin again . What WP eCommerce version did you updated from ?

It was 2 years old plugin the site was using. I don’t remember exact plugin version.

Also, I tried disabling and enabling again, but none of this seems to be working.
Is there anyway I can go back to old version of plugin if there’s a development history and I can download the plugin.

The wasn’t updated from 2015, so it needs plugin version from that year.

Currently, I’ve updated it to 3.12.4

Can you please show a way out of this?

    Hi Mihai Joldis,

Do you have some suggestions for me on how I can fix the error?

    Really urgent for me.

    Thanks

My best suggestion for you is to always have good backups, especially before updating your site, and to test shopping cart updates on a test copy of your site.

You may have theme files that are out of date. Looks in Settings > Store > Presentation, flush the theme cache first, and if it doesn’t work, compare any template with a check mark next to it between the active theme and the versions shipping with the plugin.

    Thanks @galbaras

    For this reply.

I understood your point. But at least the products in the database should display. Even having 1900 entries only 9 products shows at the back end & that what’s making me mad.

I’ll take a look at your suggestions as well.

    Thanks
    Harry

    @galbaras

Flushed theme cache but that doesn’t work.
