Filterable members

Hi, i have a simple question. I’m searching for a plugin to do something like this: http://www.florenceperiogroup.com/soci.php

The user should be able to coose a Region of Italy and then a province from that region to find out the members in that region and in that province.

Is this possible with your plugin?
