Plugin Not Working With My Theme

I’m not sure if it’s best to put a comment here as well as the ticketing system. I’m the one that the plug-in isn’t working with my paid theme. It’s creating a big blue box and putting my widgets below my announcement. I emailed the theme to you yesterday. Can you let me know how I can get this updated and that you received the theme file? I also increased your access to my website. Thank you.
