Gift Card Code Not Working at Checkeout

    Hi!

    I have enabled coupons in the woocommerce settings, I do not receive an email with the code, I can see it in the order details and in the Gift CARDS section. I tried to use it on 2 orders and it applied the code but no reduction but then in the Gift Cards section it says Order Total +37.60%.

    PLEASE HELP! How do I make the code deduct from the total?
    Is this a glitch? I have the most recent updates of both wordpress & the plugin.
