user registration & authentication ?

    That page looks like a WP post or WP page because it’s filed in categories and has tags.

    You can set individual posts to “Private” under publish options to require user login to view them.

    Then under Settings in the admin panel (or options, depending on your version of WP) Settings > Reading and then select “Front Page displays: a static page” and create a WP page like the one on that site. That might work but I’m no expert. Maybe someone has a better idea…

    What about using a plugin such as Members Only?
