Profile link doesn’t work

The pre-defined link to logout and view profile doesn’t work. I know the profile page works because if I add my own link to the topbar menu, it goes to the profile page. Anyway to fix the link on the back end?

Hi,
I can’t recreate the problem on our test/demo sites, so we’ll need to check your back-end.
We can’t ask for credentials here, so you’ll need to open a topic in our support forum (public and free too): [removed link]
There you’ll be able to share a link and admin credentials and set the reply as private.
