Missing menu in Customize section

    Missing menu items from Appearance > Customize section. The theme am using is ‘Azera Luxury’ this only started to happen recently. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins, re-installing theme, increasing memory. Nothing has worked.

    The ‘front page section’ editor within the menu isn’t in there. However, it does randomly appear during random times then disappears as soon as it is clicked.

    I also believe I get the same problem with other themes. I’ve checked other posts, but nothing seems to be working.

    I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. Your best bet is always your product’s developer, so we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    If the issue persists when using the default theme, then try deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    You could also try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
