    Hi there,

Since the update, my gravity forms form that has conditional statements (i.e show a dropdown of states if the country USA is chosen) are hidden on my site. I have confirmed that this plugin, which we need, is the cause. According to gravity forms:

“Because your form uses conditional logic it has an inline style of display:none applied, if your page has any JavaScript issues they can prevent the Gravity Forms scripts from running, and when those scripts can’t run the inline display:none style can’t be removed.

Here is the JavaScript error from your page:

ga-scroll-events.js:130 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘select’ of undefined”

Any way you guys can help fix this?

    Hi @lilmisslanna

Is there a page where I can see it happening? It’s hard to tell without more information.

the gravity form code, via wp visual composer, is positioned to be right underneath the text block in the first module on the top-left.

    Hi @lilmisslanna,

I suspect that there is something missing in one of the click events that is causing this error.
Can you please attach a screenshot of the click tracking settings?

    thanks,

    Yuval

    Got it.
Please delete the empty click event and try again.

I’m pretty sure that it will solve the problem.

Yes! It worked. Thank you so much!~

For some reason, only on the theme that my company uses, (under Notifications) Gravity Forms won’t allow me to use the “Configure Routing” option. The plus sign button uses to open more conditions returns this error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘routing’ of undefined
    at SetRouting (admin.php?page=gf_edit_forms&view=settings&subview=notification&id=1&nid=5a26e5442698c:1227)
    at HTMLAnchorElement.onclick (admin.php?page=gf_edit_forms&view=settings&subview=notification&id=1&nid=5a26e5442698c:1378)

Additionally, even if I try to create just one condition to email notifications, the email address disappears after I click the “Update Notification” button.
