Product Variations stock not transfered to main stock level

Hi,

For all Variable Products, the stock status at the Product level is not updated even if product variations have several in stock. For example. a product with 3 variables with each of them “1” in stock, the main product still displays “0” as stock.

Worse, we have no way of easily finding out if each variation has stock. This may be fine if you have similar product variations, but for people who sell clothes with sizes and colors, it is a nightmare.

I would advise 2 things:

– First, have an option in settings to always display all variables for each product by default in the list. For some clients, each variable is a completely different product with separate stock, and all they care about is the stock for each variable (for my client for example who sell gloves, colors have totally different stock and they don’t produce same amount). It’s actually very complicated to open each reference to see if each of the colors still have stock.
– Second, try to pass the sum of stocks for product variables to the total of the product. Each displays 0 even if stock, and at least this would help a bit.

Your plugin is absolutely amazing, and I would gladly pay 20$ to see those features implemented ASAP. My clients badly need accurate stock management and it seems you only need a small push from the plugin you already developed.
