No Image Scalling after 2.7 Upgrade?

I recently upgraded from 2.6 to 2.7. Before the upgrade I would upload pictures choose center and choose large. WordPress would automatically scale the pix to fit on my blog and when visitors would click on them it would enlarge them with lightbox. It no longer scales them, I can do it manually by dragging the corner in the editor but it doesn’t allow you to click on the pic once posted.
