Update?

I changed this plugin. Why Is it not possible that the user changes English to his own languiages on the acquired field? In the forms topic, yes I can change Name, Surname etc in my own language, but why I cannot change eg the mouse over saying I must use a capital and a cipher?
So why not I can change all the fields you see in the live version. Now I have half Englisch and half Dutch. So you say : download the mo and po files. But I do not have in the theme 2017 from WP a wp-content folder When I want to make a folder with this name I have to fill in all kinds of thinsg I do not know what they mean. So the most easy way is: let the user change the field.

EG: On the register form I can change the field names. But when you look at the live version (see enclosed link) the last field is English and Dutch. I cannot change that. Why.
