Customize Wallstreet doesn’t work right

Hi,
my website is still under construction. I installed the theme Wallstreet an wrote some “Services”-Features, changed the background-pic, contact-mail and so on…then I tried another theme, but come back very quick to Wallstreet. Now I want to use Wallstreet for sure, but I don’t have the original template with the three “Our services” or the “portfolio”option anymore. I deleted the theme in the WP-Backend and install it new – but it looks so: http://www.content-schmiede.berlin I deleted it in the ftp-structure – no success.

What can I do for use the Wallstreet with the original template, pics and features and start to customize it as new?
