Set post date with custom field value

I have a front end post form and I’d like to allow the user to set and change post dates.
I know how to use custom fields and set up get_post_meta, So I’m hoping for a quick tutorial on how to apply that to setting a post date.

Hello @deepbevel,
You can set the post date manually, by setting the values for ‘post_date’ and ‘post_date_gmt’ keys. You can close the comments or open the comments by setting the value for ‘comment_status’ key. Please check the following reference. I hope it will work for you.
