    Hey, I have been trying to restore a site backup that I created using All In One WP Migration plugin. When I upload the backup file it uploads, but it gets stuck on restoring the database.

    The screen says “Restoring database…0% complete” The process freezes at this point even after increasing resources limits to these levels below:

    max_execution_time = 1200
    max_input_time = -1
    ;max_input_nesting_level = 64 ; Maximum input variable nesting level
    memory_limit = 768M
    max_input_vars = 10000

    What should we do?

    Update: Issue resolved. Support team suggested I change the PHP Version to 5.6 (mine was set at PHP Version 7.0). Resolved the issue for me. Kudos to the support team.

    Hi,
    I am in way over my head!! I did my backup using the all-in-one plugin. When I went to Import it, it hung at 19.7%.
    Support told me to use the FTP to import it but although I have the information, I cannot figure out how to do this. As you can probably tell, I am a newbie at this.
    I am doing this for a client who knows I am not the most experience WordPress but I need to get this backup and running before he realizes I have totally lost his site.

    Any help would be appreciated and remember talk in English because I obviously do not understand tech talk.
