CF7 mailSent undefined

I am unable to send mails through the contact form 7 version 4.9 as I get a “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘mailSent’ of null” , It was working fine earlier.

I had it setup with sendgrid and tried removing the sendgrid plugin and restored to default settings to check but still face the same issue.
