Chart of Account codes

    My Chart of Accounts are numbered as follows
    1-1234 (asset)
    4-5678 (sales/income)
    5-5678 (cost of sales)
    6-5678 (expense)
    etc

    The COA numbers are not saving on an install that does not have an active license.
    Can you confirm I will be able to use my COA number formatting or that an update can be provided quickly to allow such COA formatting

    Hi Glen

    Xeroom doesn’t care about your COA only that the accounts required to create the invoice are valid, exist and are set in the settings page.

    You have to have an active free or premium licence for xeroom to work. Did you activate the free licence? There is also a full licence key given on the install page if you wish to try the premium version.
