@arturocivit, do you receive any error message? Also, please make sure you’ve completed the following two steps for uploading backups to Dropbox:
– Connect your Dropbox account: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/connect-to-dropbox
– Check upload to Dropbox option when you initiate a new backup: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/upload-backup-to-dropbox

Lisa Breen
Hi Lisa, thanks, checking your screenshots vs mine I don’t have all those options, I’m attaching 2 images here so you can take a look, I’m using the pro version and it’s up to date, so not sure what’s going on

Thank you!
@arturocivit, you’re running Sliver version, that’s why some options are missing on your side. But that’s not the problem! From the attached screenshots I guess you miss to check upload to cloud option during initiating a new backup. In the first screenshot where the popup is visible, try to check “Upload to cloud” option, then check “Upload to Dropbox”. Please check this out and keep me posted about your progress
Oh I see, ok, quick question, I have this to work once a week automatically, is there a way to make it let’s say, every sunday but only to dropbox?
Thanks a lot, however, I still got this:
Backup destination path wp-content/uploads/backup-guard
I don’t want to have anything back up in the server, just dropbox, is that possible? Here’s my schedule screen captured
