Redirect after submit is not working

    I have this form setup to redirect users to a different page after successfully submitting the form. It works on Chrome, but not on Firefox, IE, or edge. It gives a quick error before going back to the form page. The error says “cannot modify header information – header already sent”

    What can I do to fix this? Thank you.

    I am being directed back to the form in Chrome as well!

    What happens when you copy the success URL and go to it manually?

    Could you share the success URL here and a screenshot of the forms settings?

    Going to the URL directly works fine. Its http://globalonc.org/cancer-and-you-patient-education-booklets-for-chemotherapy/

    I don’t see an option to attach an image?

    The settings are:

    Use double opt in? Yes.
    Update existing subscribers? Yes.
    Replace interest groups? No.

    Hide form after successful sign up? Yes.

    Redirect to URL after successful sign-ups: http://globalonc.org/cancer-and-you-patient-education-booklets-for-chemotherapy/

    I had to switch to YIKES Easy Forms for MailChimp, now it works correctly. Not sure what the issue was, but hopefully no one else has the problem. The site is using the Mission WP theme from theme forest, in case you need to know that.

    My next question would be: Is there any error in the log on the “Other” page of our plugin?
