Error when activating plugin

Hi,
When activating the plugin I am getting the following errors:
( ! ) Warning: fopen(C:\projects\abc\custom-content\plugins\acf-content-analysis-for-yoast-seo): failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\projects\abc\wp\wp-includes\functions.php on line 4785( ! ) Warning: fread() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in C:\projects\abc\wp\wp-includes\functions.php on line 4788
( ! ) Warning: fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in C:\projects\abc\wp\wp-includes\functions.php on line 4791
Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

I’ve got the same list of errors when trying to activate the plugin on new project. I’ve been using the latest version of WP, Yoast SEO and ACF Pro 5. Any help?
By the way, I can also confirm that previous version 1.2.6 can be activated with no errors, in my case.
