Deactivate all plugins, change to the WordPress Default Theme.
Also maybe there’s a problem with one of the Update Services in Administration > Settings > Writing.

Ok, I’m sorry but can u help me how to troubleshoot this problem?
I’ve tried to do that so I will start over.
1. What happens when you deactivate ALL your plugins. Does it solve the problem. If so, reactivate your plugins, one-by-one to see if one of those causes the problem.
2. I suggested changing themes (under Appearance), temporarily as that doesn’t have any known problem code.
3. There is always a chance that a call to your host may be of benefit.
