  • Same problem here! Any suggestions? Any solution?

I was able to verify that the problem only happens in a hosting service, when I moved to a different hosting, it didnt happen any more, and worked perfectly.
The hosting that gives me the error is an Argentine based one named “donweb”.
When I moved the full filesystem (theme, plugins and wordpress) + the database to US hosting “bluehost” the problem didn’t occur, checkout worked like a charm.
I suggest to try on a different host. Let me know if you have any luck, I’m worried about this situation as this plugin is vital for selling on a few client websites.

When I complained to the hosting company about the issue they said that I have to check the credentials and told me “to contact mercadopago and ask for a .pem key file. ” I haven’t done that but will try to reach them tomorrow for this “.pem key” The strange thing is that I made all work without issues on bluehost, so not sure what the heck is going on, but I’m considering moving the site to bluehost.

I suspect it has to do with cheap hosting. I have another client in this problematic hosting and it also has problems with this plugin, while the other hosting, bluehost, is working without problems and actively selling.
