• Hi There,

I’m using theme1692, and I just finished deleting some text from the header using the built-in “Header” widget.

The problem is that now there’s a gap above the header on the right side of the page. Not only has this pushed down the header, but it’s also pushed the menu bar into the slides section. As a result, the slides are squished into a very narrow vertical bar on the left side of the page and are no longer visible.

Anybody know how to fix this? The password for the page is [ redacted ].

Thanks so much for your help!

    -Lianne.

Your currently used theme is not in the wordpress.org/themes/ directory:
    https://wordpress.org/themes/search/theme1692/

If you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
