Migration vs. Backup

    Is there a difference between the backup file created from the Backup procedure and from the Migrate procedure? Can I migrate using a file created with Backup?

    @pgattuso, when you create a migration package we keep some meta information from the current installation to be able to complete migration on the destination. But the latest BackupGuard versions support automatic migration feature. This means, both packages (standard backup & migration) will be properly restored or migrated on any destination.
