Needs work

Switched from Amazon Link to the official Amazon plugin which sadly although a much better plugin, is more suited to sites who are affiliated with ALL the countries or just ONE country since Amazon updated it’s API criteria.
I am somewhat disappointed to see that the official Amazon plugin is so limited in comparison. Although it allows you to add products, if you are an affiliate of multiple countries, you have to generate units for each country separately and enter these into posts individually, which kind of defeats the point of having a multi country plugin. Ideally, with the gridview you should be able to select products that will display in one unit with an option of which country you want to purchase from (like the Amazon Link plugin!).
Secondly, the unit is limited to 6 or 8 products per gridview unit, so if you want to create a niche store showing products related to your site you either have to create lots of product units – exceptionally poor and laborious to manage if you want to set up a store type section as the only way to get around that is to add individual products.
I will continue with this for now and on the plus side, if you are only an associate with one country and just want to display a few personally selected products in your site then it’s probably ok.
