Cannot retrieve lost password

I tried to log into my wordpress login page but it says I have the wrong password. I’ve had the same password for months, never changed it.

I tried to retrieve my password with the password retrieval link, and it says it emailed me the instructions. I’ve checked ALL my email addresses, including the spam boxes, and have not rec’d any emails.

I cannot log into my blog to make changes, write posts, etc. until I get this fixed however I have no way of retrieving my password because it will not send me the instructions.

Can anyone PLEASE help me retrieve my password or figure out what is going on so I can update/work on my blog?
