Modal appears behind text on mobile

When I open the modal on a mobile phone you can still scroll and see background text over the contact form. This happens no matter the z-index setting. I am using with Flip boxes and the text and button from flip box shows up. This only happens on an actual mobile phone and not the mobile phone view in elementor. This is an excellent plug in and I will donate if you can get it to work. Thanks
