change page header leaf image

I looked on your comment about changing header leaf image.
You wrote this beneath:

background: url(http://dummyimage.com/1600×400/ccc/000) repeat scroll 0 0 / cover #143745;

Change background image URL as your need.

I dot all this but does not work. I put in my CSS:

.page-mycarousel {
background: url(http://test.meneerwassink.nl/wp-content/uploads/faculty-979900_1920.jpg) repeat scroll 0 0 / cover #143745;
}

Any idea?
