Pagination with 2 custom types

Hello,

I’m using woocommerce with the yith brand plugin.
I installed your plugin in order to be able to have products of a product category with the same brand.
It works fine one the first page : https://www-petitleo-mq.petitleo.staging.wpengine.com/produit/categorie-produit/poussette/product-brands/bebeconfort

but when using pagination it’s not working.
I read the franciso answers and tried to add “/” before page in class-beautiful-taxonomy-filters-rewrite-rules
I read also the answer about setting query_var of the taxonomy, and i don’t know how to do that and what $args to pass
