Static pages question

Hi all

I am trying to use WordPress as a CMS for my website. My website tree (or part of it to be more precise) is:

Home (Static page)
Services (Static page)
Blog (Blog Posts)

As shown above, the home page, services page are static pages so I’ve made them using ‘Pages’ feature from WordPress admin control panel

Now I don’t know how I can
A) Set the page (Home) which I’ve just made under ‘Pages’ as my site home page. To be reached by typing http://www.mysite.com OR http://www.mysite.com/index.php

B) Get all my blog posts, to be displayed when any visitor go to http://www.mysite.com/blog/

So can someone please help me and tell me how to achieve point A, B?
