Getting Error message
-
Hi,
I am getting following error message while vising the page where I added the short code ” [link-library-cats settings=”1″]
Notice: Undefined index: captchagenerator in D:\wamp\www\skilmax\wp-content\plugins\link-library\link-library.php on line 939
I noticed this problem after updating my word press version to 4.8.2 only.
What could be the issue?Thanks
Binu

One way to fix this would have been to go into the Link Library settings and save the general settings. I just pushed out a version to resolve the issue without needing to do this. Please update and confirm that it resolves the issue. Please also consider donating to support this plugin’s development.
Thanks for the quick response.
I installed Link Library on my live site and added some categories to begin with. After that, when I tried to save the general settings (without making any changes on the settings page) I received the following Error message.
————————————————————————
Notice: Undefined variable: redirecturl in /home/pr965748/public_html/skillmaxpro.in/wp-content/plugins/link-library/link-library-admin.php on line 1302Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/pr965748/public_html/skillmaxpro.in/wp-content/plugins/link-library/link-library-admin.php:1302) in /home/pr965748/public_html/skillmaxpro.in/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1210

what should I do now?Sorry about that. I will address this issue this evening.
Thanks Yannick for the quick response.
Just wanted to share with you some additional info for your reference.
After installing the latest version on my Localhost- the first problem that I had reported (Notice: Undefined index: captchagenerator in D:\wamp\www\skilmax\wp-content\plugins\link-library\link-library.php on line 939) got fixed.
I did the same with my live site and replicated the same settings that I used for localhost. On general setting page of my live site I got the error I specified earlier. However, all links on the page appeared normal.
further to that ,when I tried to submit a link ,I found the following error too
—————————————————
Notice: Undefined index: showaddlinksubmittername in /home/pr965748/public_html/skillmaxpro.in/wp-content/plugins/link-library/usersubmission.php on line 422Notice: Undefined index: showaddlinksubmittername in /home/pr965748/public_html/skillmaxpro.in/wp-content/plugins/link-library/usersubmission.php on line 422

Hope this helps you figure out the problem.

Hello Mr. Lefebvre,
This issue seemed to have solved itself after a bit of tinkering – thank you though for your quick response.
I’ve since learned to use it much better by actually reading the DOCs (lol – whoo.da.thunk) and here is my best attempt since: http://www.mrgpt.com/site-list/
Thank You Very Much!
There’s Nothing Else Like It!I’m getting better but I have about 200+ sites to add (and I don’t have a master list that I can upload to make this easier ( Argh! ) The plugin rocks though! Thanks!
Glad to hear you are up and running and enjoying Link Library. Good luck getting all of your links in there.
I will surely consider making a donation once my site is up and running! Thanks for keeping this plugin updated.
Hi Yannick,
The issue seems fixed now. My site is still in the developing stage. However, as a token of my appreciation ,I have just made a small donation for the time being.
I hope I would be able to use Link Library plugin meaningfully on my website. Thanks
Binu
