masterslider is not mobile friendly

    masterslider is not working properly on my iphone5
    Theme: the retailer
    Problem: image and tekst is nog shown properly.

    Try it an see for yourself. Please help. I have tried everything.

    Hi,

    Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

    We tried it with different devices. It works fine, Only two times on iPhone it happens and only header and footer of your website appeared. So I think the issue is caused by the theme, not the slider.

    Please check out your theme and make sure there is no option which shows the page content after the loading of whole page is completed. If you could find that option, please turn it off.

    i couldn’t find it. I tried alot of thing but nothing works. The theme that i have is called “the retailer”

    I have used a plugin called “mobile smart”
    that didnt help neither.
