ftp Upload posts

    Hello All,

    I run an astrology site (Well we all need to make a living). The astrologers that write for it do so by and large off line.

    Does a plugin exist that would offer an ability to upload posts by ftp, perhaps as xml, that would be parsed and added to the database.

    If it doesn’t exist, would anyone be interested in writing one with me?

    im not aware of anything like that, but if theyre doing the writing offline, how is the file getting ftp’d?

    i would introduce them to some desktop blogging apps.

    Hi there, your writers can easily use windows live writer to upload posts.its also free, depending on your wordpress version make sure xmlrpc is turned on in your admin panel.

    Thanks for the live writer idea. I think that I might investigate that one, after all I’m after a solution not just a coding project.
