Yes, we have premium plugins that allow you to add Paypal (other payment gateway later), or you can use WooCommerce as checkout and use many payment gateway come with it. Please wait to next week for premium section 🙂
Awebooking is not compatible with woocommerce. I tried your latest version and found that it is not compatible with woocommerce. Somehow I managed to make it work with woocommerce but got some strange issues like error 500 after succesfull payment through payment gateway.
Also after activating current version room types gone missing.
It works well from version 3.0-beta8 and our premium woocommerce addon.
