Moving only content

Hey everyone, forgive me if this has been addressed, I’ve been looking but I can’t find what I’m looking for. I want to move all of the content of a WP install to a new WP install. I can usually do this by using the export feature from within WP, but this XML file that is exported for this site specifically is over the 2mb limit. I tried to backup just the wp_posts portion of the database of the old site but it links it over to that other site. I just want the pages to come over. (both of these sites will have the same content but should not be connected in any way).
