Time display has trouble.

    The Time display is normal when payment method is credit card. But, It has trouble when payment method is Cash on Delivery.
    Is there a solution? I want to display the paid date in Japan time.

    Using : WordPress 4.8.1 + WooCommerce 3.1.2
    Time zone : Tokyo/Japan UTC +09:00
    Payment method : Cash On Delivery
