To post a Youtube video, switch to html move in the editor, past in the embed code and publish…click my avatar here to see the results…
tried it there doesn’t seem to work.
i noticed when you post images it uploads it to the server… what does it do for video links?

You are posting the link to the video…you need to post the embed code. Look to the right of your Youtube video and you will see code called “Embed” copy that code and past it into your post making sure you are in html mode.
If you are not using a video plugin, you must post it as figaro suggested.
Use the html editor, and don’t switch between the two when you post it.
(Don’t preview it in WYSIWYG before you publish).
The code you would paste for that video is this:
