Great plugin, but it’s missing these features

Great plugin I just discovered.
I like it a lot, but unfortunately it doesn’t fit my needs.I need
1) to be able o insert a link in the text.
(Certain html-code is automatically stripped.)2) to be able to embed a video in the text.
(Certain html-code is automatically stripped.)3) to set the contect character limit
(Yes, I saw the topic “Increase content character limit” and your instructions did the trick, but this should be in the interface.)4) to be able to insert own code (spans, divs, blockquotes etc)
(Certain html-code is automatically stripped.)5) to be able to edit the distance between my steps.
I have a vertical design, and you should never see more then one step at a time.
I can do it manually via .ps_timeline-content, but it would be easier to be able o do edit in the plugin’s settings.

We will surely add these features in the pro version of our plugin.
Actually, we have used standard WordPress.org the_excerpt() function. In order to add these features, useapply_filters( 'get_the_excerpt', string $post_excerpt, WP_Post $post )https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/get_the_excerpt/
