Randomizer not working

The randomize feature isn’t working for me. It just shows the same one over and over again.

I have two rotators – one to show a list of all testimonials in a specified order, and a second one that should just be showing a single, random testimonial.

I even tried creating testimonials that don’t have a specified order to add to the randomized one but still just keep getting the same one (the first one that was published) over and over no matter how many times I refresh. I’ve tried both changing the settings in the rotator by checking the option to randomize as well as using the shortcode for randomizing and neither one is working.
