US address doesn’t show all shipping method

Hi,

when client put a US postal code, your plugin will hide some of my shipping option and I don’t know why.

When I put a Canada address I got those shipping option :
2 working days: CAD$ 10.02
1 to 2 working days: CAD$ 10.45
2 to 5 working days: CAD$ 8.44

and when I put a USA address, I got those option instead :

3 to 4 working days: CAD$ 66.37
2 to 3 working days: CAD$ 72.15
2 to 5 working days: CAD$ 26.06

As you can see, when putting USA address, the 2 working days dissapear.

I don’t know what is wrong here…

Can you look into that?
