Search by FAQ Tag Name

    Hi there,

    A client of mine who purchased the premium version of your plugin is having an issue searching FAQ items by tag name.

    Entering the search phrase “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” should return the one and only FAQ item tagged with that phrase – http://spca.bc.ca/faqs/dogs/ However, no results are returned instead.

    Is this expected behavior, or is there some setting we need to change to enable searching by tag name?

    Hi Alleytree,

    FAQ search functionality only search thru Question ans Answers it does not search thru the Tags of the FAQs. Tags are used to provide quick links to the type of FAQ you have. An FAQ with a tag shared by
    another FAQ can be more easily found by clicking on the shared tag.
