Conversions in AdWords are only being tracked if someone first clicked on an ad. You are saying you only had a few orders. So it very well could be that those came from a different source.
The fastest way to make sure if the conversion tracking works is to log out of the shop, click on one of your own ads and then check out. The conversion then should show up in AdWords.
Could you report back if your test was successful?

It used to be working, but after I updated to the latest version a week ago, there’re no conversions recorded in my AdWords account in the past week, but when I check my Google Analytics account, it says some orders are from Google CPC (where time to purchase is 0, i.e. immediate/same day)
I’m closing the thread due to the missing answer of the original poster.
It can be reopened anytime by adding a new post.
