    Unfortunately, when composing a newsletter the ###NAME### input does not work.

    When I send the newsletter it simply displays ###NAME### and not the actual subscribers name.

    Please help

    Hey, so it turns out that this is only an issue for the email subject.

    Works perfectly fine for the email body.

    Is this something that can be changed so we can enter the name in the subject?

    Best Regards

    @jacobez

    At present the plugin only supports shortlinks in the email body (content) area.
    Please do not use the short links in the Subject line. We are also adding this feature to our to do list.

    Please let me know if you need any more help.

    @jacobez,

    Update to version 3.4.1 and use {{NAME}} & {{EMAIL}} keywords in Newsletter email content.
    Keywords are not supported in Subject line for Newsletters.
