Change Default Sort?

    Is it possible to have the default sort on the reorder dashboard be chronological instead of the current alphabetical?

    Right now upon activation the posts within a category are sorted alphabetically by post title. For example, I’d like for new posts to default to the top of the reorder sort until manually moved. Is this at all possible?

    sure, that’s quite easy, use the filter, 'reorder_post_within_category_query_args' (see the 2nd FAQ question which is similar). Currently the default query args are ordered by title, you can override this (see the codex for more details).
