Tooltip loading but not showing

    Hi Jamel,

    I have installed free version and using it for taxonomy created by toolset plugin. Tooltip icon is showing on the page, but when i hover it,it shows loading for long time but doesnt show text.

    I have tried all the options of plugin, but nothing is working. Please help!

    Hi @mohakg

    I checked the page you mentioned above and noticed that another plugin is causing one js error which is :
    Woocommerce login and registration

    So please try to deactivate it and see if that works for you

    Thanks for the reply!

    I removed Woocommerce login and registration and tried again. It showed the tooltip once. Then i increased the font size of tooltip from 12 to 14 and tried. Its again showing loading. I removed the cookies and also checked in other browsers, but its showing loading. I also checked with previous font size 12px, still its showing loading.

    Ok @mohakg, I think there is a conflict with one of your plugins or theme so please try to deactivate your plugins one by one and check each time so we can know which one is interfering with Tooltipy

    And before that let me know if it works with the textual mode (I mean without icon)

    Hi Jamel,

    With textual mode also, its not showing. I will try deactivating plugins now and check it it works.

    Hi Jamel,

    I tried deactivating all the plugins and checked. It was still showing loading. The whole setup ie checkboxes and headings are created by custom fields in Toolset plugin. Is it conflicting with the tooltipy plugin?

    Tooltipy is compatible with Toolset, if you have a dev site try to deactivate all the plugins as I said above and also change the theme.

    Maybe you should activate the debug option in the wp-config.php file in your site so you can see the php errors as well

    If you don’t have a dev site you can think about using a maintenance mode plugin so you can fix your site without showing that to your visitors 🙂

    Hi Jamel,

    My developer is not available now, so i have to wait till he is back. I dont have a dev site and i dont want to change theme. Tooltipy plugin is exactly what i am looking for.But sadly its not showing tooltip.

    Anyway, I will ask my developer regarding debugging of website for any errors.
