How can I enable google recaptcha or Honeypot on the registration forms for subscribers like contact form 7 integrated with their forms. So, that we can stop bots sending multiple requests via these forms.

Currenty we do not support integrations with Contact form 7 but we do support Email Subscribers plugin with RainMaker. It also Supports Captcha which would solve all your issues.
