Online User extension cannot hide members

, i presented 3 problems and so far no one replied.

Now for problem 2, i was able to bypass the default WooCommerce Shop page and create a new one that meet my site’s needs. But I’d still like to know if it is impossible for the default Shop page to hide those restricted products from restricted members?

I now mainly need help with problem 1 – the Online User extension cannot hide a member’s online status in Account Privacy tab. I checked the following settings at backend:

User role – “Can make their profile private?” – Yes
Settings- account – privacy account tab – On
Settings- account – Allow users to hide their profiles from directory – On

Other than those, I don’t see any setting particularly for member’s online status.

At Account Privacy tab, “Hide my online status?”, every time after I tick “yes’ and click on “Update Privacy”, it just bounces back to “no.”

Already switched theme to 2017 and deactivated all plugins one by one still not working.

Please help. Thank you.
