Menu Structure not shows

    Hello. I’ve read most topics in forum but didn’t found a solution for my problem. My problem is the next:
    When I going to Appereance>Menus, I see Pages and ect. on left side, BUT I don’t see the Menu structure. When I am pressing create a new menu then all thing on left side becomes inactive.
    What I tried:
    I have Re-installed WordPress
    I have checked conflicting plug-ins
    I have added menu function     to functions.php

    When you press “create a new menu”, everything on the left side SHOULD become inactive and a input box labeled “menu name” should appear. After you enter the name for the new menu it should then appear in the drop down box labeled “Select a menu to edit”.

    Yes, you are right, but the “menu name” labeled box box not appears.
