Existing WordPress Subscribers

Hi
We have over 28000 users of our website and we would like to start sending out a newsletter to everyone, they already opted in (the word press site wasn’t our first site) but there doesn’t seem to be an option to send out to the existing users.
Can you help?

Please refer How to Import or Export Email Addresses to Export data from any of your other websites and import it to the one you wish to. Please follow the steps mentioned in the link & it would be done.
