Dropdown select not showing

    Hi, I can;t work out why the select dropdown in our modal popup (see the “Yes please” button half way down the page) will not work. I have added 100% width CSS (it’s not there now), and tried putting a z-index on the select tag but it still doesn’t show properly.

    The problem is not to do with the popup modal, as I’ve tried it 1) in another modal and 2) on page.

    Please help! TIA

    Hi,

    It seems to me your wppopupmaker is hiding the original drop down field and trying to replace it with a nicer looking one that is generated by them. That seems to not work out as intended and not write the value back to the original drop down that is now hidden.

    I suggest contacting them for support, I’m afraid it’s not really related to our plugin. If they react with a request for us to change something to make it work better with their plugin you can of course get back to us.
