Cannot upload documents

    Hi,
    I have just installed the ‘WP Document Revisions’ plugin. The ‘Documents’menu item has appeared on my Dashboard, however there is only one sub menu item that is ‘Workflow states’. So no ‘Add Document’ option.
    Could you please help out, how can I use the plugin?
    Any help is much appreciated.
